I found this website helped to ground me, when BPD try and isolate us, and this forum validated me, when BPD tried to invalidate my feelings. So please feel free to add to your thread if you feel comfortable.

So sorry that you are in a tough situation. I bet it's really hard to start explaining, too. If you decide to talk about it, we are there to listen. My situation is that my mum is BPD, my grandmother too. I hardly have any contact with my family of origin. That's in a nutshell of course ;-) |
