What's going on? Are you stuck working in a family business with other family members who have BPD or BPD behaviors? If that is the case, I'm thinking you are struggling. I have an uBPD sister and had to work with my sister as co-trustee on our now deceased parent's trust (we were "co's" on medical and financial POA's as well). That was a horrible experience (and still is, as we have a few things left to deal with). I can't imagine working with a disordered family member on a daily basis, in some sort of business setting. |
