Title: custody/co-parenting issues with ex-husband Post by: jasminetea on January 28, 2017, 10:02:33 PM My divorce has just been finalized, but I am still facing problems with custody and visitation, and wondering how to co-parent with someone who is not interested in working together. While we were married he wanted things his way only, especially with the kids, otherwise he would get angry. It was too scary to challenge him, so I didn't. But now I am not in that place (emotionally) anymore, but now he uses threats of litigation to try and get his way, even with things that are already written down in a court order. I am worried about the emotional health of our 6 year old while he is with his dad. We went through a custody evaluation at the request of my ex, and the evaluator granted him custody half time. I am very worried about this.
