Hi,
It's my first post, so maybe it has a lot of problems for you to explore the problem at the first.
My parents are the main reason of my problems, I am a 30-year-old girl, and don't know what exactly do to be succeed in the next part of my life. my parents are separated for 14 years. both of them have a sick family.my father lost his father when he was 3, and has stepfather. my mother had so many problems with his father because he was a dictator person and had a relationship with another woman.
My father left us for approximately 12 years and came back to my sister and me after that.
I have so many mental problems because of them. the main problem is that I don't have self-confidence because I thought I have a problem that caused my father leave us. I have problem in every party, in front of everyone because I think that it is not a normal life. I dont think any father do this to his children.
This problems caused a lot of problems in my job, relationship, and every simple activity
I dont know how this site works, but want to test if there is any chance to resolve it
