:help:  any advice on how to set boundaries. how should i respond or what should i do when my BPD partner goes into a fit of attacking condemnation on me with intense anger?  I used to try to engage and defend, but lately i have been walking away and leaving the house.

any advice on how to set boundaries

avoid thinking of "setting boundaries" as a solution to a conflict. think of is as more of a lifestyle.

this article really helps explain the difference, and theres a workshop discussion (for practical application) at the bottom of it: https://www.bpdfamily.com/content/setting-boundaries
