Title: BPD Husband unloads new childhood trauma after 20 years
Post by: DogLoverMom on October 21, 2024, 09:30:40 AM
I started dating my husband in highschool, sophomore year. While it took a while for me to realize he has BPD, the symptoms have been there since we were 19. We are 35 now. He hasn't been officially diagnosed but is seeing a therapist. The last 6 months have been awful with a lot of raging and criticisms of me and our 2 boys (8 and 11).

Last week after he again tried to force
fully grab my phone from my hand after I explicitly told him not to, I was done. I was the most serious I have ever been about a divorce.

We were talking Friday night and he mentioned something about people with a history of sexual abuse. I must have looked at him like I had no idea what he was talking about....
