Title: Mom of adult child w BPD
Post by: Mommabear13 on January 06, 2025, 09:58:59 PM
My adult child who still lives at home is in an unhealthy relationship and is triggering her to be mentally unstable. Which is affecting me, her mom. I'm trying to find support group for me to remain healthy when the future with her is so dark.

Welcome and thank you for making the  important first step of obtaining support . As you become more familiar with this site and read a few suggested readings from the " library " here, you will see that helping yourself comes first when dealing with an adult   child bpd.  I put library in quotes because it is a list of helpful books , but does not supply the books.  One helpful book is "Stop Walking on Eggshells".  Please write to us here whenever  you have need.  As you feel comfortable, can you provide a little more detail about your daughter and your dynamic?
