I've been in a relationship with a pwbpd for about 2 years. Currently we are broken up but I still communicate with him. First meeting him I thought it was too good to be true and fast forward it was. I didn't know he had it until he had it until months and months later when we got into a relationship when I start noticing things that were just not normal to me. I had never heard of bdp until then and still didn't research it after he told me. Now I know after extensive research I went through the idealization, being love bombed, devalued, I experienced the splitting with him amongst a whole lot of other things. It was like a roller coaster ride that I was never able to get off of
