Miles Allard was hired to determine if we had a risk in a 12 unit multifamily condo where seven owners had replaced a structure with a wood beam. After three months, the engineer delivered reports that did not provide any drawings, photos, data, or words that provided insight into the structural risk related to the removal of the structural wall. We have used this engineer on four projects. Communications are poor. He is often vague. He blames his poor performance on client miscommunication.
