Title: Is there anyone who can help me hold on to my sanity? Post by: BeagleDad1 on September 15, 2025, 09:57:01 PM I love someone who was recently diagnosed with BPD…I just need someone to talk to that will understand the toll this disorder takes on my own mental health…can someone offer me some help and or advice on what to do or say when I’ve reached my breaking point…I’m so down and exhausted in this moment.
