Title: I'm No Superman Post by: wantmorepeace on August 13, 2026, 12:10:42 PM One thing my T has been saying to me is that acceptance begins with accepting yourself as you are. What immediately popped into my mind was that old song (theme song from "Scrubs") "I'm no Superman." I have strengths (like we all do.) I'm by all accounts very sensitive, which cuts multiple ways. And I'm no superman! And that's just what it is.
