She got in touch 3 weeks ago and claims I've destroyed her life, she's been advised not to come to the church I belong to, and is threatening suicide, texts me several times a day asking me to fix things for her, doesn't pick up when I call, but calls during work hours when I can't pick up. Begs me to stay on the phone even though she's raging at me and I explain I have to go because I'm feeling hurt and need sleep. I want to help her but she's not improving. I'd like to join C<||| InfjEpic in welcoming you to the community. I'm sorry that you have been dealing with suicidal threats from your ex. That is so hard to deal with. It's obvious that you care about her and want to help. But you can only be helpful if you have taken care of yourself first. InfjEpic has shared a link that has a lot of useful information in it.
