Title: He self harmed agsin. With 6 y/o present. Post by: Coping64 on February 20, 2017, 06:50:15 PM My BPD partner cut his wrist again yesterday. He lost it and starting saying I didn't care about him and I do nothing to help him etc. He kicked a hole in the wall, screamed at my 6 year old, started punching himself in the head then eventually locked himself in the car and cut his wrist. Apparently it happened because when he was leaving the room in the morning for work I said "don't forget to take your lunch" instead of saying "good morning". I know it wasn't really about that but I'm sick of being blamed - whether he means it or not. Every little blame and nasty comment just make me more and more angry and resentful. How do other people cope with the blame game?
