Today I finally told her NC for good. I said I don't care if you want to see the dog, etc. Just stay away from me. It felt liberating in the sense. So she knows, after all this begging from me, that I am done for good. I'm done playing into the game of begging only to be put down and dismissed without a thought in the world.

I'm sorry that your relationship has ended. That can be so hard to deal with, even if it included abusive behavior. I'm glad you are here.
