It seems your post fell between the cracks. That is very unfortunate, here is a belated welcome to bpdfamily BPD is quite a challenging disorder and it can greatly help to educate ourselves about it. That's why I'm glad you read that book and have also come here for advice. Could you perhaps tell us some more about your specific situation? What are the biggest challenges you are currently dealing with? |
