As soon I was ready to take him to court because he was taking too long to sign the agreement, he finally did! I was informed today that I officially have sole custody! After four months of waiting for him to sign the agreement. (Word is he was seeing A psychiatrist to determine if he is a suitable parent and it obviously did not work in his favour) Thank you all for your support and the support! And will need in the future. He wants to be friends but I see he still has no boundaries so I stay away. I would say for now he's really "busy" so let stress for me to deal with. I don't think we will ever be on normal terms. It would probably be wasted effort to change things, so accepting things as they are would be wise. Congrats on getting an order without too much conflict and where your child's future looks to be full of daisies and sunflowers. I wish I could do the same but I truly can't see him ever giving in on the kids.

I wish I could do the same but I truly can't see him ever giving in on the kids. I wanted to take him to court but he asked if we can do a separation agreement instead. I agreed. He was A huge pain during the whole process. I felt like he was stalling. No he was!. Everything that I wanted under Greeman he made sure even the smallest adjustment that he made a huge deal about it and try to make the agreement virtually impossible. (We live in different countries) there was times where he said he deserves full custody . When we finally figured out the agreement, my lawyer sent it off to his lawyer, he took almost 4 months to sign it. Literally two days before he finally signed we (me and my lawyer) decided to start a court process. Word is the reason why he took so long to sign the agreement is because he was being evaluated by a psychiatrist to "prove" he is a fit father because he really thought he could handle being an actual full time parent. And the results weren't in his favor |
