Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction to find a therapist. I feel its time to speak to somone, i feel... .like exploding sometimes.

We all need a good listening ear from time to time. The links below go to search engines, where you can search for a therapist.  You can search for the area where you live.  Most of them reference what insurance coverage they accept, what they specialize in and the type of therapy they offer. If you are paying cash, you can always negotiate.  Some therapists will use a sliding scale and offer a discount to lower income people
