Title: Just saying Hi
Post by: Lost in TX on April 05, 2017, 01:40:45 PM
I've never tried an online support group before.  However, this group has been highly recommended from several sources - personal and professional.

I always thought I had good coping skills. I have my own issues and have recovered from a lot in life through hope and faith and perseverance. Right now I am tragically and catastrophically BEWILDERED.

I believe I really need to work on something I'm missing in my own make up, or I would have detached/divorced this woman already.

I don't know what else to say at this point.  Thank you for letting me share.

Hi Lost in TX,

Welcome!  This is an amazing support tool.  What is going on with you right now? What is on your mind?  I know it's hard to know where to start... .so just start with the first thing on your mind or type them all out.  Don't worry about rambling... .it's good to get it all out of your head, that's when you can start to get clarity.

Well, I'm just kinda bouncing around and identifying with a lot of what I'm reading at the moment.  Still getting my legs under me - for example it just took me 6 minutes to figure out how to respond to you, Bunny4523, and I'm not sure I'm doing that right.

I intend on participating, I just believe I need to lurk a bit and find my way around here at the moment.
Thank you for saying hi!

Hello Lost in TX--This is a support tool for me that is helping me keep my head above water these days! I completely understand you saying you feel you need to address something in your makeup that keeps you in your situation. Catastrophically bewildered is a great way to describe what you are feeling, and what many on here feel. You can tell your story here and everyone is so helpful and understanding. I wish you peace.
