Is this normal in a r/s? This did the most damage to me. Seriously, what low-lives some people are!

Jamess - replace the word "users" with "survivors" and it makes more sense and is easier to let go of.  pwBPD are emotional survivors of a past that could never be assimilated.  There ways of being are built around that and "using" is a survival technique.  Sadly, for most, the need to practice those techniques has long since past but the processing of the originating events never ocurred so the tactics continue.
