only if they can find the page, navigate to the right board, find your username, and then find your posts.

I never told H the name of this site.  I never told him I talk about him on it.  I told him I have some places I talk about my BPD parents.  I never told him my username, that I use a message board, and very rarely do I ever use it at home.  My username is totally different from what I use on all other sites.  My devices are password locked, he does not have access.

It's a fairly safe place to come and get things out and find support.  And you can read the lessons without posting and that may help, regardless.

My H has no idea this page exists or that I even post here. I usually get online while at work or if on the rare occasion I use my phone, then I use the private browsing session so that he is unable to see my history. I use a username that I have never used for anything else such as fb, social media sites, email, etc. I even created an email address that he doesn't know about just to get on this site. I never check it and it's not saved on my phone so he can't find it. You could also make sure that you do not save your username and password into the auto-fill so that even if he or she finds the page, there is no way to determine who you are. Everything here is anonymous. The moderators are really good about removing identifying information.

You also aren't required to post. You can just read, but I've found that it's very helpful to be able to talk about what I"m going through. Sometimes just admitting it someone takes a huge burden off. One thing you might want to do is to ask the site moderators/staff if you can change your username to one that is more anonymous.

My H too does not know of this website. I wouldn't tell him... .I go to s support group fortnightly for carers/family of pwBPD... .that is where he thinks I get my only support from... .my username is completely different... .
I'm pretty sure he would not find anything here
