Title: Crumbs
Post by: SurvivorMom on April 19, 2017, 07:53:25 PM
An answered text.
A request for information (something non monetary )
Not yelled at.

Small victories.
If it were so pathetic that these small crumbs of civility fill me with hope it would be, well, tragic.

Hi SurivorMom,

It sounds like she's at baseline, I understand emotionally exausting a pwBPD can be when they're emotionally dysregulated. It's not easy and it has to be really hard when it's your child. I recall being surprised with these moments where I was split white, I didn't know what triggered it, I was always expecting to other shoe to drop because I was so used to the emotional dysregulations and being split black, you could call it walking on eggshells.

Hi survivormom

It's happened once, it can happen again!

It's baby steps all the way but joined together these small changes make huge shifts. I've seen it so I know it to be true.

Enjoy the moment, like putting on new warm socks!

Hugs to you
