This is my first post. I have been married almost two decades to a SO who displays BPD behavior. I am only just emerging from the nest of low self-esteem and depression that I created in my confusion and despair. I am in therapy and am learning about the disease, how to better treat myself, and tools to bring to my relationship. It is a rough road but I am glad that I have found this community for support.
