been since January I have split  up and still going though  he'll please how do I stop this I see her out it sends me into do much depression it is terrible

What events led up to the split? Still seeing her certainly sounds tough... .how is this,  do you talk at all,  or is it in passing?

I'd like to join Turkish in welcoming you to the site. I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad that you found us, there is hope. Have you talked to your GP about depression? Many of us here can relate with you, it helps to talk to people that understand. Is she with a new bf?
