Title: Case Law for alienation? Do you know of any... lawyer is looking for cases to Post by: Sluggo on May 02, 2017, 08:52:39 PM I had the DAY 2 of trial today for the final hearing. DAY 1 took place in March, DAY 2 today, and DAY 3 will take place this Friday. My lawyer is getting the idea that the judge just hasn't had many alienation cases. Custody evaluation called it alienation, emotional abuse, and has asked court to give me 3-6 months of uninterrupted time with kids to reestablish relationship. She is wanting to find case law on this topic before Friday. Do you have any ideas or cases you can point back to? Thank you! Title: Re: Case Law for alienation? You can also search Google Scholar for case law, both by federal courts, and by the state in which you live. You probably already know this, but you'll want to search by "parental alienation" in quotes. :) I think you can also specify parental alienation by mother if you want to get more specific. Maybe even try "borderline" as a search term too. |
