Title: Hard to believe
Post by: joyblade on May 13, 2017, 12:16:53 PM
We have been broken up since March.  I still have a hard time understanding why this man that said he loved me, stayed with me over 4 days a week has gone away for good.  He would go out of town, send me texts every once in a while, would not call-even when he promised he would.  Then I would react and say this is not working and he would go off the deep end as to how awful I was for not putting up with his behavior
It was not until our breakup did I realize I was in a relationship with someone that has BPD.  Now that I know that things make sense to me but I still don't want to call him because i think he has moved on to someone else.

what should I do?

Hi joyblade,

Welcome to BPD Family.  Realizing that BPD may have contributed to this break up would definitely be difficult.  Is repairing the relationship something you're interested in?
