Title: How to de-escalate an argument?
Post by: TheMaskDropped on May 14, 2017, 09:30:10 AM
Is it common that after an argument your BP significant other will stay mad for a few days even when you've repeatedly apologized? What is the best way to de-escalate a fight?

Hi TheMaskDropped,

De-escalating a fight can definitely be tricky.  A workshop revolving around "How to deal with an Angry Partner" was just launched a few days ago.  I'm not sure, but I think you may find some useful advice in regards to your question there.

You can find the workshop through this link:

Hopefully it can give you a few good tidbits in dealing with these situations.
