Title: Saving my great-grandchild from his BPD mom. Need Family Legal Advice Post by: DDSRN on May 14, 2017, 02:37:22 PM My grand-daughter has BPD. She is 21 and has a baby. She and the father have supervised visits with CPS. The baby is with me. He is precious. Each person in this has their own attorney. I am trying to prevent the courts from giving the baby back to the parents. Dad is on drugs, lazy, unmotivated. He is dominated by my grand-daughter. I have great fear that if the baby is given back, the baby will succumb to the rages and other typical behaviors. My question, has anyone here had to deal with this situation before? Although the lawyers are aware, I am not sure they GET the impact this will have on this innocent child. Thank you for reading.

I'm sorry I don't have the knowledge to advise you. You are posting in a board for partners of people with BPD trying to improve their relationships, there is one for parents, and maybe you'll have more luck there. |
