I kept a diary of everything unusual when we went out, from 2015 my diary is scrawled with peculiarities. so bizzare

Good for you- I wish I did. I could have had a book by now. It's a good thing to go back and look at to remind you why you are out. I've written some of it down. Some is ingrained in my head. Keep writing. It helps.

I have journaled too... After all of the break-ups. Funny thing is, its changed somewhat, but a lot of it is EXACTLY THE SAME.

He has all of the same reasons for leaving me, and I have all of the same responses. How many times have I said this is the last time, and I will never let him in again? And yet...

Some of the diaries are from 2012 and 2014. If anything it proves to me that he won't change. Or we won't change. This story always has the same outcome. It always ends with him leaving and me left alone in my confusion and pain.

Also kept old texts he had written. The mean ones and the bizarre ones.

Writing things down is good for catharsis, i write notes daily and now we are out of the fig things become clearer.

keep writing your thoughts down in a journal/vent your spleen here. We are all in this stable boat together:)
