Title: Borderline Mom Post by: LadyLannister on June 24, 2017, 10:24:44 PM Hey everyone. So I'm new, and found my way here completely by accident. I'm glad I did though, because my Borderline mother is making my life a living hell. She always has, and has absolutely no remorse. The things she says frankly stun me. Just tonight she said that she has never hated anyone the way she hates me. Looked me straight in the eye and said it. She's also urged me to go upstairs and kill myself, as well as saying she wouldn't even identify my body in the morgue and would dance over my grave. I can't even comprehend how that could even pass someones lips, and I am at a loss for how to handle it.

I think it's because I openly tell her I can't stand her drinking, emotional unavailability, and sleeping with a married man. I can't accept those things, which of course makes me the devil in her eyes. I'm the black sheep that she loves to target.
