Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear that your twin sister has BPD. Is she an identical twin or fraternal? There is a lot of helpful information here that can help make it easier for you. You can't change your sister, but if you use certain communication strategies and tactics and set some boundaries, you can make things easier for you. Is your sister getting therapy and/or meds?
