Title: On the lighter side, a book I'm waiting for ;)
Post by: SamwizeGamgee on July 10, 2017, 08:13:32 AM
I was perplexing over how much effort it takes to live with a uBPDw, and now a D16 that follows suit after her mom.  It seems unfair that I've got knowledge now, and still the burden and responsibility of living with my wife - even without caretaking for her.  While she can continue with her BPD ways.

I have read many books, including the iconic "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me!" and thought it would be nice if someone wrote a book for me titled "I Don't Hate You, But Please Leave Me!"

Smiles and sympathy today

I think the answer would be another famous quote in reverse!     "why worry about the cow if they can have the milk for free"

We teach our BPD spouses over years and years that their abuse works. Why would they ever stop? Even when you want to go , they will not let you go easily, after all who would let go of a good FREE thing without them putting up a big fight?

Spot on. Although I've cut off many of the perks and privileges of marriage. And trying to be a boring as possible.
