Title: Going through a rough time and need to be able to communicate... ughhhhh Post by: Suitegurl19 on July 22, 2017, 10:01:58 PM I'm at my wits end. Have kidney disease on dialysis and need my significant other to hear what I'm saying and not make it about hm. His BPD is turned all the way up. I don't know what to do.

For the sake of your own health is there anyone else you can connect with that understands how you might be feeling these days? I imagine dialysis can be very physically and mentally taxing. What helps you feel better? Lately doing something as small as looking at cheerful words and beautiful pictures on Twitter makes me feel better, adds a little bit of hope to my day instead of feeling so isolated or hopeless. Do you have any strategies or want to brain storm some? When my SO is being hateful and threatening breakups it gives me a lot of anxiety. Lately I can't eat when this happens and my own functionality begins to slip. Please know that you are not alone in the world. There are others in similar situations and we have a lot of empathy for your health! Take care Suitefgurl19!
