Hi DoneNDone and Welcome!

It's great to meet you.  I trust that by posting here you have found us for a good reason, so when you are ready to tell us a little about yourself and your situation we're here and listening.  It's a very supportive community.  We are all going through various stages of healing from a breakup with a pwBPD and many if not most can relate to your feelings about what is happening and what you've been through I'm sure you'll find.

There's lots of informative articles over to the right (self help materials link is great to begin with) and the lessons are also really helpful.

Maybe you could tell us what brought you here, to begin with?  What is your situation at present?

Things can and do get better.

Love and light x
