Title: Working out again
Post by: spacecadet on September 06, 2017, 07:10:22 AM
Call me captain obvious  :)  but I've resumed working out and boy it feels good, clears away the gunk in the pipes. Most of my life I've exercised but had some health issues that were getting in the way the last couple years, had surgery a few months back and am still healing from that but am now able to lift light weights. Plus physical therapy for some neck and back pain in the last month has helped.

I'm alone but have my cat sleeping next to me during morning coffee, lots of work to be done today... .life is good.

Hey captain obvious :)

I hear you. Life is good. And when we're fortunate enough to be able to move and work and dance and pet our furry friends, then I think we have a lot to be thankful for.

I'm glad to hear things are looking up. Keep us posted. Good news is great news!
