Title: how do you cope with teenager with BPD
Post by: momofone3 on October 13, 2017, 03:16:42 PM
I am exhausted after a meltdown with teenager and I don't have a support system where I live. Is there anyone out there with same feelings. her dad was BPD, and now we are separated. I don't know how to handle this lately I am scared for her.

Hi momofone3

Your daughter has been officially diagnosed with BPD. What led up to this diagnosis and is she currently getting any kind of targeted treatment/therapy for her BPD?

Could you tell us a bit more about this latest meltdown? What did your daughter say and do?

I don't know how to handle this lately I am scared for her.

In one of your other posts you mentioned your daughter kicking the refrigerator. Do you feel physically safe around your daughter?
