Title: My 18 year old daughter
Post by: miss333honey on November 01, 2017, 11:05:41 AM
sigh... .on the rollercoaster. Some days seem so on track that I convince myself that everything is fine. Then behaviors begin again and I wonder will we ever be on track? I recently attended a DBT family workshop and really think that helped me to start to understand my role in supporting without fixing. I just started reading 'Stop Walking on Eggshells'. I'm here for support for myself.

Hello miss333honey and welcome

What's happening with your loved one? I recognise what you say, some days we seem on track, despite that it can feel like a rollercoaster.

Glad you've reached out here for support for yourself.

You are not alone.
