Welcome to bpdfamily. Is this girl your daughter? I will ask around if anyone has some suggestions for residential treatment facilities in your area. In the meantime I encourage you to look at this thread where several members have shared their experiences: Residential Treatment: Journal of 12 Month Journey (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=120563.0) The Board Parrot Title: Re: Looking for residential care for BPD 14 yo girl, northeast Post by: Kwamina on November 11, 2017, 08:47:25 AM So I asked around, you already know of McLean and what I hear is that it's considered the 'gold standard' in your region:

I, too, have a 14-year-old daughter who I fear may be headed down that path. We live in the Philadelphia area. McLean sounds ideal but at $1,435/day, it's hardly do-able.
