Title: I think I can radically accept situations, but not the PD
Post by: Ellemno on November 13, 2017, 12:45:26 PM
I seem to be making headway, building on my skills to radically accept situations, but I think that part of me is having trouble accepting (fully) the PD.

Advice? Anyone else have the same?

What is it about the PD that you are struggling to accept?

It's like sometimes, I don't fully remember. Especially when things seemed fine.

Possibly you are attaching maliciousness to the pwPD and having a hard time reconciling that with an otherwise, not malicious person.

The PD is dysfunctional coping and it really shows in times of stress. When things are good, its not so visible... .but the mind is still operating with the same processes.
