Title: Just found this group Post by: Mauro on November 29, 2017, 02:20:19 PM I just finished reading 'Stop walking on eggshells' and I have tears of relief. I felt like someone interviewed me for this book, and I'm so grateful my therapist recommended it, in fact, I just ordered the workbook.

That is excellent that you have read "Stop Walking on Eggshells" - most of us here can relate to those tears of relief when you realize that you are not alone in your experiences... . And I can assure you, Mauro, that now that you have found the BPD family, you will have much support, empathy and nonjudgemental listening and sharing.
