Title: My BPD wife moved out with our 11 yo. son Post by: Rod Serling on December 24, 2017, 06:09:02 PM I’m in desperate need of legal assistance with my BPD wife, who just moved out with our 11 year old son.
My wife has manipulated and brainwashed all our family members, friends , neighbors, educators, mental health professionals, spiritual guides, and most importantly, even our dear son, who is on the Autistic Spectrum. My wife had me arrested and thrown in jail two months ago, and today she had the police come to our apartment home while she packed luggage for her and our son, then promptly drove off in our only car. I am permanently and totally disabled, with SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) as my only source of income. Furthermore, my wife illegally conspired with my psychiatrist, who released me as her patient, with a dishonorable discharge, ensuring no psychiatrist will take me as a patient. Consequently, my medications will run out tomorrow, Christmas Day, which can cause life threatening withdrawal symptoms. I’m all alone, with absolutely no one to call or assist me. Please help me to obtain the necessary resources to obtain my urgently needed medications, find survival resources and hire a Medical Malpractice Attorney and Divorce Lawer, as well as to file a civil suit against my wife for all the pain and suffering she has caused our entire family. Things may differ in accordance with where you live, but perhaps if you can get to a hospital, you can get some meds and perhaps some sort of social services assistance to help you with your most immediate needs for meds and medical services. You might want to call a crisis support phone number for your area and speak with someone. It can help to talk about your situation with a listening ear, who can help guide you to get assistance for your immediate needs. You have to take care of yourself first. The legal issues will have to follow, once you get a handle on your medical and psychological needs. How is it going now? I agree with No-One. A local Domestic violence hotline could be of help to support and direct you to local recources. If you think the T violated the law, he or she can be reported. T |
