Title: DBT for Adult Children RBB Parents?
Post by: Recycle on December 29, 2017, 11:46:02 AM
Hi all,
I've been looking through the articles and guides to find more info about DBT can help adult children RBB parents.

I haven't found what I've been looking for, but have a feeling it is there. Can you help guide me to it?

I experience low self-worth, reactionary moods, and a lack of trust about others' intentions. I shift my likes and dislikes a lot.

I've had a lot of therapy but have never tried DBT. I will be setting up an intake/assessment appointment next week after my insurance is verified.

Thanks
