I'm writing a book on my journey out of depression. I'm doing it while getting out of it. It's helping me a lot.

Hey Kyle, There's a lot to be said for using expressive writing as a tool to overcome depression, trauma and other emotional upheavals.  You might want to check out a book entitled Expressive Writing by James Pennebaker, which describes worthwhile exercises from someone who is quite experienced in this area.

The journey is a personal one, as everybody doesnt take the same path... .hopefully ,it lasts a lifetime... .I wish u well PEACE
