Hi, SLM, and welcome.

I'm sorry you had to find us, but I'm glad you found us.

There are many people here with kids who are diagnosed (they are referred in shorthand as ":)D19" which is Dear Daughter, 19 years old.), as well as undiagnosed (uDD19).

As far as "figuring out" whether your son has BPD, well, that's best left up to the professionals.  Is your son currently in therapy?  if so, have you spoken to the therapist about BPD?  What is it that makes you think that he is BPD?

There is a questionnaire somewhere around here that would point in the direction of a BPD diagnosis, but it's not a diagnosis.

I hope this helps, it's a great place for people like us.

Welcome.
