I've always been the caregiver... .enabler... .walking in Fear Obligation and Guilt. I have adrenal fatigue - and for the first time and understanding why. I saw the book Stop Caretaking the BPD- so looks like that'll be next in line! Any other books that remind me that I'm not selfish for getting myself help and creating boundaries- would be helpful!
