I talked to her on the phone, when she reacted/responded to my last SMS, and she called me. She was visiting her younger sister who just had a baby in Austria, my friend (BPD) lives in the Netherlands.

Well, it seems like I'm losing my feelings and interest in this woman. Communication is very low if any at all, I know she wants to see me when I get back to the Netherlands, to her town. She might even want to talk to me about some of her issues, I don't know. She also wanted to reply to my long letter, which she received four weeks ago - nothing came through yet. I live three hours away.

I'm wondering, if this is a normal emotional thing that can happen. Im not sure about this, but I believe I think of her less and less - but I still do.

She knows that I'll be in her town on March 23rd/24th. At this point, I think I don't want to contact her for a meeting, especially if she doesn't respond at all to my letter. But besides having a response or not, my desire to see her and talk to her seems to slowly disappear.

I know that would be a good thing for most of you. But it seems strange to me as I cared so much for her since last April.

Any ideas what's going on with me. I live my life, I'm married to a wonderful woman and I have two almost grown up sons.

Thanks

Do you think it could be because of distance? My gf makes a point that we talk to each other every day if there’s space it causes friction.

I thin distance is a problem for most BPD people. I don't really know enough about her problems, she doesn't talk about herself or her feelings.

In my letter to her, I said in one sentence that she has beautiful eyes and that sge is a beautiful woman.
Since almost at the time she got the letter, she deleted her profile pictre on linkedin.

If she doesn't respond to me, as she said she would, I try not to run into her and I don't want to contact her.
