After being diagnosed last year with major depression and BPD she temp moved out at the start of Jan this year . We are having minimal contact atm . We have started couples counselling . She cannot give me a time of when she is moving back home . This is making me very sad . I did not cause this but I’m the one that she is pushing away the most

It looks like I very well may soon be separating from my partner of 10 years as well so I can fully understand your sadness. You will find support here to get you through this time.
