Hi Avicii,

I do think that for some reason, many BPD young people seem drawn toward goth.  My BPD dd21, went through a period lasting a few years where she was very much into goth and I do know that many others talk about their teens being drawn to goth.  I always wondered if, at least for my daughter, it has to do with the lack of identity as she could be (and can be) a chameleon, changing herself and her interests frequently.  For my daughter, I think it also had to do with the "shock" value... .if she couldn't quite fit in with the main stream, then she was going to really make herself standout.
