Today i was journaling about my 10-11yr r/s w dxBPDbf, untx. What I noticed was the his attachment disorder, became my attachment disorder. After a couple of years of living w him, I look back and see I was becoming like him in attachment issues. I became less accountable, less responsible, afraid of commitment, on even a small level. Is this an inevitable consequence of being w someone who has this disease? I changed, and not for the better. Its like, they can only give what they know... .and even so, they can be kind, loving, spiritual... .
