Thank you, Title: Re: Interested in learing coping mechanisms Post by: WileyCoyote on May 30, 2018, 01:33:12 PM Welcome, There are plenty of resources here. Have you tried looking through the Lessons section? If you look on the right there will be a news feed of useful articles and lessons. There are also links under the Tools tab at the top of the page with good info. But I'll help you out and point you in the right direction. A lot of stuff in here for those trying to make it work: https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=56206.0 But these two links go to direct parts of that topic that might be useful for you in reference to your question. (great screen name btw)
In addition to checking out the resources WileyCoyote shared, a great way to learn is to post on other members' threads to get insights from their related experiences. To get started, it would be great to hear more about what brought you to the site. May I ask who the person whose behavior you are trying to cope with is and more about your situation? All the best, ~ROE |
