Title: Our personal narrative of our pwBPD/traits
Post by: JNChell on May 31, 2018, 08:21:11 PM
I’ve been inactive for a while. I’ve stopped by to read and really dig in to the info that is available here. In doing so, I think we should all take advantage of the information here much more. I was posting more than I was learning. Read the articles, watch the videos. We see common directives used on the board as far as NC, validation/invalidation, SET, BIFF. If you haven’t actually read the content, please do. If you need links, just ask.

This page has become important to me. It’s helping me to see and process things with a little more clarity and less emotion. Each article is a great explanation of the things we discuss here at bpdfamily. Very helpful.

Whoever decides to click on the link, be sure to scroll all the way down after the first article. You’ll find more.
